Megan KM Kleidon, MA
Megan Kleidon is only the second President & CEO to sit at the helm of Red Oak. With a BA from Wittenberg University and an MA in Counseling from Towson University, Megan brings nearly 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership and healthcare to the Red Oak team. With a passion for building and developing people and the world they live in, Megan regularly leverages new ideas and talent, and empowers systems and the people within them to achieve the impossible. Megan sits on the Emerging Leaders Board for Akron Children’s Hospital and is a long-time resident of Summit County.
Ann Robson, PCC-S
Vice President of Clinical Services
Ann Robson manages all aspects of mental health services and interventions for Red Oak. Ann has been with Red Oak since the inception of the school-based therapy program. She is responsible for ensuring all programs have a strong clinical base and fostering the team of professionals in the field.
Kaleista Lagarde, SHRM-SCP, SPHR
Director of Human Resources
Kaleista Lagarde is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies and policies that enable Red Oak to recruit, train and retain a high-performing and motivated workforce that meets the agency’s business objectives. Kaleista has 20 years of senior management experience in both the private and public sectors from industries such as healthcare, financial services, retail, higher education and manufacturing.
Jennifer Puglia, MSEd, LPCC-S
Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance
Jennifer Puglia has a rich history with Red Oak, beginning in 1999 as a therapist, a supervisor since 2003, and in 2014 as a member of the compliance department. Now as director of quality improvement and compliance, she uses her direct-service experience to serve as an advocate for Red Oak staff and clients, focusing on what is important for the agency as a whole.
Amy Wagner, LISW-S
Electronic Health Record Clinical Director
Amy Wagner ensures compliance standards are met through accurate documentation while focusing on continuous process improvement. With her 17-year history with Red Oak as a therapist and co-creator of a suspension program, Amy’s passion for helping children motivates her to enhance the efficiency of Red Oak employees, maximizing their time in the field.

Director of CPST Services
DeAnna Christian has contributed to the success of Red Oak since 2004, first as a therapist and now as director of all case management services. With a clear vision of how to meet the needs of the children she serves, DeAnna creates and brings to life innovative initiatives such as the suspension program and the Summer Group Program.
