Ashley has recently joined our Vassel Center staff as an Administrative Assistant. She has an Associate degree in Business Office Administration. She has previously worked as a Receptionist for a Medical Supply company and an Administrative Assistant for an Insurance Company. Ashley is currently pursing a degree in Human and Social Service.
Vicki joined the Vassel Center team in April 2018. She has a Medical Assisting degree in addition to an extensive background in medical office settings as a receptionist. . Vicki enjoys working with clients as well as the providers to establish excellent customer service.

Kim has experience in treating issues related to anger management, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, grief, survivorship, relational problems, and life transitions.
Kim has been in the field of behavioral/mental health for over 30 years. She was originally licensed in 1991, and has been employed by the Red Oak Behavioral Health since 2002. Kim enjoys working with a variety of people, circumstances, and challenges; and considers it a privilege to journey with others as they affect positive change and growth in their lives.

Phillip has experience working with adolescents and adults addressing issues of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, major life changes, and challenges in relationships. Additionally, he takes pride in working with and affirming LGBTQIA+ individuals.
Phillip joined the Red Oak team as a counseling intern in 2017, and following graduation, he became a full-time therapist at the Vassel Center. Phillip's work is driven by a desire to support each person's spiritual, emotional, and relational growth. He believes it is a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families as they strive to deal with difficult challenges, and he sees himself as a partner in helping each client live out their fullest potential.
Erin Lane Orentlikher
LISW-S (Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory Designation); MSW (Master of Social Work)
Erin works with individuals of all age groups who struggle with depression, anxiety, phase of life changes, trauma, loss, ADHD and other behavioral issues.
With nine years of experience in mental health and four years of experience with Red Oak, Erin helps Red Oak clients with a variety of mental health concerns. She worked as a school-based therapist until the spring of 2016, and now sees clients at the Vassel Center and out in the community through our Aging Services program.
PCC (Professional Clinical Counselor), and an ordained minister
Andrew specializes in trauma therapy, and has completed training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. He helped design the Vassel Center Sensory Room and utilizes it to help with the treatment of his clients. He also uses his custom-made Sand Tray Therapy Station for non-verbal intervention, and speaks Spanish as a second language.
Andrew was licensed in 2006 and has been with Red Oak for 11 years. Andrew’s mission is to facilitate, encourage, and promote wholeness in others. Andrew enjoys working with people of all ages and helping them manage anxious and stressful lives. He believes each person is viewed as an individual who is unique, special, and has the potential for spiritual and emotional growth.
