Be A Do-er

At Red Oak, giving opportunities don’t always involve money, they can involve investing your time, energy and resources – in a way that uses your gifts and talents.

Join Our Board

At Red Oak, our board, associate board, and endowment board members play an important role in shaping the vision, values and mission of our agency and supporting our events.

Participate in our Service Projects

Community support is at the heart of all we do at Red Oak. From holiday gift drives to activities during school breaks, there are lots of ways to give back to those in need with us.

Volunteer

Whether you’re interested in serving as an iC.A.R.E. Mentor, stuffing sponsorship packets, or helping to organize and distribute supplies to students and staff, we can always use an extra set of hands from a volunteer who is ready to “Be the Change.”

Holiday Giving

How Will You Make an Impact This Holiday Season?

Help Us Make This a Holiday to Remember by Providing Gifts for a Child in Need

Red Oak serves over 4,500 children in the community, and we need your help to make their holiday wishes come true.

  • A client (ages 3-18) in need provides a holiday wish list to Red Oak staff.
  • YOU shop for the gift(s) based on the child’s wish list (an average financial commitment of $75-$150 per child).
  • You wrap, tag, and bag the gifts according to instructions.

In 2024 we were able to provide gifts to nearly 150 students!

Ready to Help?

We’re looking for volunteers to:

  • Fulfill a child’s holiday wish list
  • Assist with fun activities during school breaks
  • Lead a supply drive at their workplace

Interested volunteers please contact Jaclyn Beckwith, Red Oak’s Director of Development & Marketing, for more information. Or support our mission and make a monetary donation to support our efforts.
